Organizational Structure
Tifs Ingegneria has a divisional structure to articulate skills and works with about 100 employees spreaded between its headquarters in Padua and construction site throughout Italy, where site managers are active.
In 2007 organizational structure changed in six areas of activity, particularly two new divisions were activated: "Energy" and "Foreign Country".
The current divisional structure is therefore the result of recent yearsdevelopment which has allowed of a high quality level of specialization achievement in different areas: University and Hospital Buildings - Tertiary, Residential, Convention, Hotel, Museum Building- Renewable Energy Sources - Foreign Country - Acoustic and Advanced Projects.
